Company History
Lahyt.com [ light ] launched in April 2009 in Atlanta, GA when Jacques Polanco was told by photographer friends that he should get back into photography; after moving from New York City in June of 2008. He quickly noticed that there were hundreds of great photographers in Atlanta, but the process of receiving pictures and booking appointments was strenuous. After shooting several portraits, clients would always say, "I look like a model." So why not create a system that is safe, efficient, and can make a model out of anyone with the surrounding of a loft. Along on the journey are photographers, Richard Dorval who uses his Film Degree from Full Sail University to provide film-like quality to his photographs; and Aisha Boyd a graduate from the local university, Clark Atlanta University, who uses her passion for adventure and charitable-heart to create memories of a lifetime.
LAHYT is the phonetic spelling of LIGHT. We all need Lahyt to create Art.
